The main goal is to minimize inflammation in the pancreas and restore the production of pancreatic juice and essential enzymes, in other words, this can be called the optimal diet to worsen pancreatitis.

It should be eaten in small meals every 2-3 hours. This will allow you to remove the extra load from your body that causes the usual three meals a day. You must also follow a drinking regimen: drink 2-3 liters of water a day, at least 20 minutes before meals and an hour after.
